Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Who needs a Ticket?

Kids 2 and under are FREE and do not need a ticket. Anyone over the age of 3 needs a ticket.  Kids Tickets are for anyone from 3-11.  Adult tickets are for anyone ages 12 and up.  All access and VIP tickets are the same price regardless of age.

  • Where are my Tickets?

Sometimes your tickets can be in your SPAM folder.  If you cannot find them there, please email us or send a message through our contact form with your order number and we will email them directly to you.  Our direct email is: OutlawMonsterTruckDrags@Gmail.com

If you reach out to us the day of the show, chances are our entire staff is busy at the event but do not worry, our gate staff can look up your online tickets using your name or the order confirmation number. 

  • Can I buy Tickets at the gate the day of the show?

YES!  Absolutely you have that option.  Just be aware that Tickets at the gate are generally about $5-10 more than buying online.  The earlier you get your tickets, the more money you save!

  • Is there a minimum age for the Ride Truck?

All ages are permitted to ride as long as they can sit upright and are safely buckled in. Children must ride with an adult if under 42" tall. Small Children can ride in the lap of an adult but a ticket must be purchased for both the adult and the child. Do not ride if you have any conditions, are pregnant, get motion sick, or do not like rough rides. 

  • Do I need a separate ticket for the Ride Truck?

Yes.  The Ride Truck requires a separate ticket and those tickets are available at our Outlaw Monster Truck Drags merchandise stand.  At select events, Ride Truck tickets may also be purchased ahead of time on our website.

  • What is the Family 4-Pack?

The Family 4-Pack is a discounted rate for 2 Adult and 2 Youth Tickets

  • Is there a discount for a Group?

Yes.  We offer a discount to groups of 20 or more.  Just email us at: OutlawMonsterTruckDrags.com

  • When should we arrive at the venue?

Gates open 3 Hrs before show time.  Please allow yourself enough time to park and enjoy all of our pre-show festivities as part of the Thunder Alley Experience.   Thunder Alley is where you can meet your favorite drivers and see the trucks up close, take a ride on a REAL Monster Truck, grab some food, interact with our vendors, and see the Monster Truck parade 30 minutes before showtime! We recommend arriving no later than 1 Hr before showtime as it may take up to 20 minutes to get into the grandstands after you park. 

  • Is there Handicap Parking and Seating?

Yes.  The handicap parking area is marked with large signs and is only available to patrons with a handicap placard in their windshield. 

The handicap Seating area varies based on the venue.  Please see our seating ushers if you need to be seated in the handicap area.  At the Canfield Fairgrounds, the handicap seating section is very limited and is made up of park benches below the grandstand seats.  Only ONE non-handicapped person may accompany the individual who needs the handicap seat as this area is very limited. 

  • Can I get a Refund?

No.  All Ticket sales are FINAL. Events run rain or shine unless otherwise noted. In the case of a major weather disaster, the tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date.  In most cases, it will be the next day.

  • What Happens if it Rains?

The SHOW MUST GO ON rain or shine! If severe weather makes it unsafe, we might delay or reschedule. Your tickets will be good for the new date, but we DO NOT offer refunds. No matter what the weather is, you can expect an unforgettable experience!
